This has led to frustration among job seekers and a culture shock compared to the past practices in the industry.

Tech interviewers can't tell when candidates use ChatGPT to cheat in coding rounds, experiment finds
The article talks about an experiment conducted by interviewing.io to test the effectiveness of using ChatGPT to cheat in tech coding interview rounds. The experiment found that it is very easy for job candidates to use ChatGPT to get correct answers to coding problems taken directly from LeetCode during mock interviews. However, ChatGPT's ability to answer correctly decreased the more unique or modified the coding problems were compared to standard LeetCode questions. No interviewers in the experiment could tell when candidates used ChatGPT. This may lead to changes in how companies approach technical interviews going forward as tools like ChatGPT get more advanced.
